Project enquiry information
When online enquiries are enabled, the form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected workstream, project description, language and consent acknowledgement. Enquiries are stored in a protected inbox with access limited to authorised staff.
How information is used
Information is used to understand and review the enquiry, respond to it and manage related project follow-up. The form does not request payment details, identity documents or passwords. Please do not include these in your project description.
The local brief builder
When you prepare, copy or download a brief without submitting it, its information is processed in your browser and is not sent to the enquiry inbox. A downloaded file is saved to your device, and copied text may remain in your device clipboard.
Security and technical information
Hosting services may process technical information such as network addresses and request logs to deliver the site and prevent abuse. When enabled, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify requests; that service is also subject to Cloudflare’s privacy notice.
Cookies
The current public website does not include advertising tools or optional analytics tracking. Security services may use necessary cookies. The content administration panel uses authentication cookies for authorised users.
Enquiry retention
Site administrators review stored enquiries and are responsible for deleting or archiving them according to follow-up needs. The system does not currently apply automatic deletion after a fixed period. An operating retention policy should be established when online enquiries are enabled.
Privacy requests and updates
Use the published contact channel to request review, correction or deletion of information from a previous enquiry, including its reference number where available. Do not provide extra sensitive information in the form to establish your identity. This notice is updated when information handling changes.
